Kettle House in Autumn
I noticed your images look very realistic lately - the graduated filter certainly adds up quite well. I have been looking at this post for almost ten minutes now - it is almost like some story set from a book - very fine landscape.

Perfect composition Steve, a great shot. I think you should give up your day job and go full time.

Thanks very much for all your comments and ratings, this small farmhouse does indeed look idyllic, what you can't see on this picture is the railway line which runs smack bang at the bottom of the garden!
Cheers Steve

Steve,
Another beautful snap shot of time, I agree with all the previous comments.
I have been thinking about the 11-22mm, when I see your results the more I want it!
Kindest Regards: Peter

Thanks Kirsty and Peter for your comments, I ummed and aahed for quite a while before choosing the 11-22 as it does seem to be an expensive piece of glass, but after owning it for a short time and seeing the quality and sharpness of the images it produces consider it to be worth every penny, to get an idea of how much you are likely to use one have a look at the images you produce with your 14-45, if you find that you use take a large percentage of shots at the short end of the zoom then there's your answer you won't regret it!!
Cheers Steve

Lovely image. Reminds of paintings by such as Constable.
