This little creator was sitting on top of a leaf eating louse. Anybody an idea what the name is, ( not louse eater) ;-)

little ???

Hi Phil, this little creator is only 4 mm long and feeding on louse that is on the leaves off plants in the garden. I am trying to find it in encyclopedie but no luck also. If you look very close on it you see a dragon like back. I will have a look at other books to indentify it. Thanks for responding
