Great treatment of a shot that's been overdone through the years. If I was to get poetic about the picture I would say that the decay of the bridge and the tides are confirming that nature will always reclaim what originally belonged to her. I like it.

Hey.. that is a terrific composition and pleasing image. I like the way you captured the wave before it started breaking at the end of the pier..well whats left of it... and I like the black and white on this shot, although the colour would be interesting as well.
