I like the use of the 50-200 for this shot, it makes for a small field of view and the DOF is shallow enough to provide good separation between the subject and background. I also like shots that depart from the traditional portrait orientation. It looks like you were going for something intentional with your lighting, perhaps drawing attention to her hand, but I find the shadow on her arm a little distracting. I'm not sure if you could have moved the chairs in the background or not, but if so, I might have done that also. Overall a very pleasing shot.

I find this shot very good both on the technical and the composition side. Technically it's impeccable, with the right light, sharpness, white balance and saturation. Also the composition is a good match with the model on the left, sort of directing the attention to her right hand. Good make-up and hairstyle of the model.
The image could be improved by having more separation with the background. You used F7.1, and with a smaller aperture the background would have been more blurred. Also, the bright golden rims of the chairs in the background distract a bit.

Thanks for comment Greg.
This is a PS composition and it is difficult to simulate correctly the physical DOF but it seems was not so bad. model lighting was prepared at a studio and this was one more pose in hte session with some complements remembering the casino bits. You're right the shadow on her arm was not so adequate, I was trying to show the tokens and didn't take care enough of the "eclipse" the hand could make. It should be a little more back possitioned to be shadow free.
Many many thanks.

Many thanks by your comments, Alfred.
Please do not consider the back focus as a result of the F stop because the shot was done at a studio with a grey background paper. After that I took another shot made at an old palace-museum, blurring it with gaussian filter, mix it with the main picture that previously have treated also in colours and skin finishing, and that's it.
It seems very easy to explain but you know is a process you can invert more than 8h.
I'm really very satisfied because you both, Greg and you, high photography experts, didn't notice very much the mounting of the photographic objects. Of course it can be allways done still better.
Thanks my friends.
