Cropping

Have you tried cropping so that you just have the bicycle (plus shadow) with the grass at the top of the frame?

Hi Katrina
Thanks for your comment.
This is a view from our apartment. I have thought cyclists shadows would make a good shot.
What drew me to this shot was the old lady in the wheelchair with her husband looking to the left the cyclist going right and the shadows formong a Z shape.

Regards

Ah yes, I can see that. Nice view from your apartment! I't too bad the the lady is not turned in the same direction as her husband. I think that the differences between the top and bottom halves of the photo are so great that your intent doesn't really come through.

Nice shadows

Kriffin,
I enjoy this shot. I also agree with Katrina, possibly you have two shots here. Both the top half and the bottom half could stand alone quite well. Either way, I really enjoy the photo.

Hi Mark

Thanks for your comments.
We get many cyclists going past so I will have another go at just cyclists and shadows.
I will have to up the speed as this one is not as sharp as I would like.
