Hippie sandwich
Nyal,
My first thought on 'what is a Hippie Sandwich', was a sandwich that doesn't want to work. My second thought was bean sprouts and tofu. But I did find these ingrediants listed online:Grilled eggplant, roasted bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, arugula, tomato, mozzarella, Thai grilled chicken breast, and pesto mayo, on something they call Hippie Bread.

Thanks Mark
Thank you Mark, don't know why I didn't GTS myself! Walked past this place while taking in the sights of Georgetown but wasn't hungry enough to give it a go!
