Adam,
Excellent work, was this the 50mm macro lens?

Hi Mark,
Yes, this was the 50mm with the internal flash...you can see the shooting info now. Thanks for the comment!

Amazing. I was wondering what this is when I ran into the caption. Who would have thought that with a simple chicken soup you get this effect.

I'm glad you like this one, Alfred. The flash and the cropping affected the final outcome a lot. I should give my wife credit...the soup was equally amazing! ("rosół" in Polish)
Thanks!

This is wonderful, though it is possible I liked it better before I knew what it was! A lovely subtly-coloured pattern-picture, enlivened by the flash. I would like this on my wall. In the photographic form, you understand.

Mike,
Thanks so much for your comment and description. I agree with you about not knowing what it is. However, rosół (Polish spin on chicken soup) is really beautiful (at least the type my wife makes). You almost don't want to stir it...but every time you do, you stir up a new creation. I took this for a food and drink competition which occurs this Tuesday...I did a 8 x 10 metallic print placed against a black backing.
Thanks again!
Adam
