Wow, this could have been such an awesome character study. All it needs is just a touch of rim lighting on the face and beard. The eye automatically goes to the brightest thing in a scene or photo. In this case that is the bright reflection on his head. Very sharp and excellent tonality in the B&W, which btw is a great choice on this image.
