Sorry to say this Arun, but this photo of a beautiful bird is either completely out of focus or blurred due to camera movement or too heavily cropped or a combination of some of these factors.
But you can not expect to get good results without a very sturdy tripod if focal lenght is 600mm (35mm equivalent) and shutter speed only 1/160 sec .
Also the white balance seems to be a bit on the cold side. You shoot RAW - did you try to fix it in postprocessing? Camera's auto WB misses easily if there isn't any white or whitish areas inside frame when shooting as seems to have been in this case.

The head, beak and eyes of the bird loooked OK to me so I decided to post. But yes, the bird's body is blurred. The lighting conditions weren't helpful either to get a higher shutter speed even at higher ISO. I try to anchor my cam on the window sill while taking these handheld shots. Anyways, thanks for looking and posting your honest comments. This bird is quite commonly seen from my bedroom window. Hoping to click a better image next time around!
