Modern blocks by the sea in eastern suburbs of Helsinki which enjoy a somewhat bad reputation for having a larger than other areas concentration of unemployed people and immigrants from Africa, Near East and Russia. It is nice that somebody can have his or her own boat under the balcony during summer. Now the boats have been taken to land for the winter...that does not seem come this year.
