Ingrid Matschke Cheeky, standing

This is the same bird showing his full body view. These shots were posted in particular because Fons Von Svaal has been asking me to take some shots of my own birds which we have at home in aviaries. This breed (rainbow lorikeet) is native to our local area (Adelaide, South Aust) and they eat the nectar from the local flowering trees, which is the majority of their diet.

Kerland Elder Cheetah

This Cheetah was shot in an area that was enclosed by chain link wire, so you will notice a soft dark shadow impression across the chest and face of the cat, thought I might of mess up if i tried to remove it so I left it as.

David Peterson Chemical Fire Burns in Hamtramck

This is a picture I took of a chemical fire burning in Hamtramic, MI. I submitted the photo to Detroit Fox 2 News and within 2 Hours the photo had been viewed 104,000 times. Very cool and amazing. I also received a note from the Fox 2 News stating that my photo would appear on the breaking news program. Note to self: Always have camera ready. A career in photojournalism may be just around the corner.
