According the official Chinese information 70% of the country?s water resources are polluted. This urban angler was trying to catch fish in central Beijing. Maybe to poison his mother-in-law?s cat. It was cloudy and rainy. I held umbrella in one hand and camera in the other. I am still surprised that the photo came out so sharp as it did (although I had to sharpen it a bit in Photoshop).

I did last year a car tour of 4 countries with my son. We drove about 5000km in the most northern parts of Finland, Russia, Sweden and Norway following the coatline when possible and living in tent. It was great fun and one of the best trips that I have ever made.
