Jens Birch Stand-by for the Genacker This is helmesman Mitch Booth (#3 in the world) and his crew Herbert Dercksen preparing to round up and hoist their Genacker (the blue sail packed in the front of the boat).

It is one of my better pictures from the Europeans in Tornado, an Olympic sailing class considered something like an F1 counterpart in sailing. Unfortunately, the wind was very calm this week but fortunately, on such boats, they move fast and there is some action going on even under such conditions so I got something interesting to shoot anyway.
