Thanks, Bevellees and Phil. I took this picture during the last winter in London. It was a cold morning. In order to get the DOF with a large F-number and without using a high ISO, I had to lower the exposure time. I did not have a tripod with me. I hand-held the camera against something like a light post or fence when taking multiple shots, some of which ended up blurry.

Thanks for your warm comment, Juan. I updated the picture to a larger size, which has 800 pixels in width. Picutures of 800 pixel in height at this website are often difficult to view on a 1024X768 monitor, which is the resolution of my laptop, even after F11.
