Hi Fons thanks for the comments,
This is one of my favourite places in the Peak District, to get here requires a walk of around 3KM a lot of it up hill! but it is well worth it for the amazing views.
Cheers Steve

Hi Steve
Nice composition and great colours as well, I like the way the foreground stands out against the lower shadow of the hills, I used to do landscape watercolours and way to make an impact was light against dark, just like you have here, it gives a good feeling of depth, well done.

Regards, Ian

Thanks for your comments Ian, I have tried painting but I was never able to get onto paper what I saw in my head, when you see an artist at work they make it look so easy to do, I therefore have the greatest respect for their skill and have replaced my brushes and paints with the camera.
Cheers Steve
