So it must've been spot metering. The bird is exposed perfectly, with nice color dynamics and fluffy feathers. The sky is missing though. If you use PS I would use some light sky as well.

Thanks for your comment Sergey.
The white in the picture is not the sky but it is the roof of a building, photo is taken inside a building, so I can't use some light sky. It''s not spotmetering, but digital ESP metering.
