I love the high key lighting, the old building gives the added interest to the shot, great composition.

The first snowfall

I keep forgetting to comment on this one. This is a very nice composition and it puts the viewer into the mood of the scenery immediately. Thanks for posting it. Now I have to go out and try it myself.
