Notturno in Lago Maggiore
Please hit F11 to see the picture.
The lights under the moon are the ones of Stresa. The tree, blurred by the wind, is a weeping willow.
There is a words play in the title.
"Notturno" is something related with night (e.g. a picture), but also is a type of music piece: Chopin's Notturnos are famous.
"Maggiore" in Italian stands for "greater" or "the greatest", but is also a musical key ("major") and the name of a lake.
So the title sounds like a music piece name where you put "lago" (lake) instead of a note (e.g. "C", with my apologize to Chopin, of course).
