While taking pix of this car, I got one image totally out of focus, but strangely, I liked the look of it, so I incorporated it in the background. Thank you for the positive feedback.

Nyal,
I used PS CS4. I created a masked layer to remove the original background, which was a ton of people oogling over the car, then copied the blurred image into another layer. I used the transform function to expand the blurred image to cover the background.
