Everything fine (composition, light, colours etc.) but too much sharpening has been applied. You can see it at the jagged lines of the handrail and at the noisy sky.

I agree with the comment of Alfred. The picture looks unnatural, also the whites are overexposed.

Thank you all for your opinions. After taking a second look I must say that I agree 100% that it's just too sharp!
