Beautiful misty morning in one of the ports of Helsinki. My usual route to office every morning goes past this port and I almost always have my camera with me for special moments like this. Sun rose at 08.25 and the mist was gone in fifteen minutes.

Hello Pekka,
I tend to agree with Dave, where do you buy all your pictures.
Composition is great. Pillars in front that goes with the other "pillars" in the picture. The blue mist and the light is very nice.
Thank you again

Thank you very much Dave.

I just carry my camera almost always with in my backpack. Not the whole gear of course, just body with one lens just in case something interesting might happen or out of the blue there would appear some magical light, spectacular clouds, thunder, beautiful mist or just whatever that can make these everyday ordinary scenes more interesting.

Tack Fredrik.
Yes I agree that the light was beautiful. It was a question of being in a right spot within 10-15 minutes because before that it was too dark and after that the mist disappeared. Just pure luck ... and of course having a camera with me helped quite a bit;)

Hei Pekka.
I like the mystical ambience and aesthetics a lot. Maybe all our Norwegian trolls will be a bit more urban soon and move to Finland?
